The Project:
A prestigious car dealership with rooftop vehicle access, a showroom area and service workshop, the upper roof is a traditional sheeting over cold formed purlins, whilst the main roof deck is a structural concrete slab, the ramp was also a concrete deck keyed in with shear studs.
Parapets steels were designed to withstand vehicular impact.
